Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker. I rise to present a petition about Horsepath Outreach Post Office and urge the government to take urgent action following its closure in March this year and the retirement of a post up postmaster in nearby Great Milton. The outreach post office served as a vital community hub for residents many older more vulnerable children at villages now face significant barriers to accessing essential postal and banking services over 600 residents have signed the petition which is over half of the village. It just shows how important this is to residents. I was happy to join Judy, Rebecca, Sheila, Sheila and Anna to present this petition to number 10 Downing Street who joined Sue and Derek today from the gallery galleries. I thank them among others who who for their hard work and dedication in bringing this post up postmaster is used as an excuse to cut services. The Post Office has a duty to the residents of Horsepath and it should fulfill it. I hope that the government and the Post Office will now take notice of the residents of Horse Path and work together with them to ensure residents can once again access these postal services. The petitioners therefore request that the House of Commons urge the government to take immediate action to reopen Horsepath Outreach Post Office and the petitioners remain
